A charming and atmospheric pair of oil paintings on canvas depicting views along the River Thames at Petersham and Richmond, signed by the local artist J. Lewis and dating to around circa 1930. These beautifully executed landscapes capture two iconic perspectives of this celebrated stretch of the Thames, an area long admired by artists for its sweeping river views and pastoral scenery.
