Oak writing desk by Holland and Son in untouched finish really good quality and unusual in oak It is stamped Holland and Sons on the middle drawer.This table has a typical Holland and Sons tuned legs and is circa 1860Holland and Sons (1803 – 1942) were extremely good cabinet makers and they specialised in fine quality furniture. Holland and Sons were founded in 1803 by William Holland and by the middle of 19th century, they were one of the main competitors to Gillows.
