Description
Stylish brass log bin made in a practical size and dating from the late 19th century. The hand hammered and pierced metal surface with unusual pinhole decoration is heavily influenced by the Arts and Crafts Movement. The bin has developed a lovely warm and homely looking patina.Made of a sturdy, quality grade metal. Its decorative cylindrical design has a tapered shape, stepped rim and elegant base.
As mentioned the size and weight of this brass bin is ideal. It is large enough to store wooden logs for a number of evenings. If the stove or open fire is only occasionally used there is plenty of space for logs, kindling and fire-starters or if you already have a large log bin you could consider a smaller version for keeping all your kindling in.

As with all internet purchases we allow our customers 14 days to return any items. Unfortunately we are not able to contribute to the cost of returning your purchase. For returns we recommend that an insured and tracked delivery service is used by the customer.
Transportation damage caused by our delivery partner must be reported within 48 hours. We will do our utmost to help with an agreeable solution for the encountered issue. Please note that we cannot accept the worn and used condition of our antiques and collectables as a reason for reporting a damaged item.
