Siam Pottery Enamel Jar And Cover

Description
This very decorative and eye catching jar and cover were produced in Siam circa 1930 now renamed Thailand. It is a most exotic piece decorated with a kaleidoscope of hand enamelled flowers and foliage in bright vibrant colours which forms the main central panels to both the jar and cover. In addition, there are multiple bands of hand painted decoration in various designs which are from an equally colourful palette and further enhanced with fine hand gilding throughout. A very fine high quality example of Asian art which is in excellent condition with no restoration. Circa 1930Please let us know if you need any further photographs and information
