Description

A large and impressive 19th century print of a steam ship under sail in its original richly coloured rosewood frame. The print is signed at the bottom right(signature indiscernible). There is a stamp to rear probably gallery mark and refers to Liverpool.

Some slight foxing and one small tear on the white edge of the paper. A very attractive original gentleman’s study picture. Some loss to gilding edge of frame inset.
