Description

Arts & Crafts copper coal box with a lovely design of stylised flowers to top and front. The top has a border of raised roundels surrounding the centre flower. One of the handles on one side is brass and the other pewter indicating that both were copper plated when the box was made. Offered in good condition with some shrinkage to the wood beneath the copper at the side causing the copper to move over its 100 year old plus lifetime. The paper to the interior is worn and could be replaced or painted.
