Description

This is an impressive large Rococo style Giltwood table with inset marble top and large central urn.

The oval table is in excellent condition made by the company Dauphine Harrison and Gill and has their lable to the underside of the marble. The decorative frieze is foliate carved and pierced with the table being on reeded fluted legs which are joined by ribbon form stretchers carved as a large bow.

This is in bright gold leaf which has been overlaid onto the solid hardwood frame. This is substantial in size and makes a bold impact in any room measuring 87 cms in height 86 cms wide by 68 deep.
