Description
This is a pretty antique Saroukh carpet dating from circa 1930.The carpet is handwoven in soft wool and has a deep strawberry field richly decorated with flowering plants enclosed by deep indigo borders of meandering vines flanked by ivory guard stripes. In great ready to use condition the carpet has a good even pile and measures 163cm by 106cm.
