French Cocktail Shaker Set by St. Medard, Paris

A magnificent and very stylish Art Deco cocktail set sitting in it's original presentation case.

The set consists of a stunning cocktail shaker and eight small cups, all look to have rarely or never been used. They have clearly been on display as the previous owner have put some protective pads on the underside for display I have left these intact.

All pieces are marked by the well renowned French silversmith, St. Medard of Paris the cream tafetta on the interior of the lid, printed in gold, "Orfevrerie Saint Medard".

Dating to c.1940, the set remains in superb condition. The cocktail shaker has a maximum diameter measuring 4" and standing 8" tall each cup has a rim diameter measuring 2" and standing 2 1/2" tall. The presentation box measures 13" x 14" x 4 3/4".
