A 19th century gilt framed and glassed half ship diorama. The black painted wooden hull with its billowing sails flies the St George flag for England. A modelled and painted sea, with a land fortification in one corner, contrasts with a blue and white sky background. Circa 1870.Width: 69.5cm (27 1/4")
