Description
The beauty of treen (wooden objects, mostly turned, that were used in and around the home) is exemplified in this bowl/dish. It is turned from bird's eye maple wood, with a simple incised line to the outside as decoration. The colour is golden, the interior shows nice wear, and the bowl has aged to a slight oval.DateMid Victorian :
