Superb and generously proportioned early Victorian mahogany Wellington chest, having seven oak lined drawers with beautiful flame veneered fronts and original turned knob handles, flanked by pilasters with carved trusses to the top, the right hand pilaster hingeing and opening to act as a locking bar, and raised on a plinth base with original castors.DateEarly Victorian :

ConditionThis item is in original structural condition, apart from the lock which is a replacement. There are some very minor old marks underneath the polish, but this piece is still in exceptional condition for its age.
