Exceptional set of six Regency period mahogany dining chairs, comprising four single and two scroll-arm carver chairs, with shaped ‘bar back’ cresting rails above an unusual carved tablet splat, having drop-in seats, and raised on sabre legs.DateRegency :

ConditionThese chairs are in sound original structural condition. The polish has been re-finished and the seats re-upholstered, by our own craftsmen, by hand in the traditional manner. There are some extremely minor old marks underneath the polish. There are old repairs to one leg and one back, but both are absolutely sound and in no way compromise the structural integrity of the chairs.
