A large mahogany-framed mirror, featuring a carved wooden scallop shell at its peak, takes pride of place on this ornate table.

Symmetry runs throughout this lavish item: scroll-like arms flank the mirror and lead down to small, dual-handled drawers that protrude out from the tabletop. Not short of storage space for jewellery, make up and keepsakes, there is also a central drawer at the front of the table, as well as a lidded semi-circular pocket beneath the mirror.

The rich warming tones of the highly varnished mahogany and cabriole-style legs complete the indulgent look and feel of this Victorian piece. As with all vintage items, there are slight signs of wear and tear, which increases its charm and authenticity.
