Description

A stunning piece of classic late 18th Century country oak furniture. This beautiful mule chest (which we believe to be Welsh) features a large lift up lid, two drawers to base and stunning raised and fielded panels.

It has a lovely warm chestnut colour, and is in excellent condition for its age. Please be aware that there is a replacement key with this piece, and the top lock escutcheon has also been replaced at some point during its lifetime.

This is still an excellent piece for any large country home offering a vast amount of storage.
