For sale we have a late 18th century Chinese famille rose cup.

This charming little cup is decorated with oriental figures within a garden setting in the typical famille rose mandarin palette. The decoration is remarkably similar to that of New Hall pattern 673 indicating that the pattern was one that inspired the New Hall decorators.

The cup is approximately 2.5 inches (6.5cm) in diameter and is in a very good antiques condition with no chips, cracks or repairs but does a have couple of firing faults to the handle and the foot rim.
