We are very pleased to be able to offer this lovely and increasingly hard to find 1st period Worcester polychrome dessert plate, circa 1770-1775.

This very attractive dessert plate is painted in polychrome enamels with a central densely clustered groups of flowers containing a central rose within a cobalt blue border elaborately decorated with a gilt linked scroll design. The base of the plate is marked with the Worcester open crescent.

The plate is approximately 7.5 inches (19cm) in diameter and is in an excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and very little wear to the decoration.
