Edwardian Mahogany & leather seat Jockey Scales.
Leather covered seat with mahogany arms,
Cast Brass & Cast Iron Balance scales at side,
Adjust to get arm balanced, to show weight, works well,
single drawer at side,
Mahogany frame, with Cabriole shaped legs,
Leather seat recently re covered & coloured to chestnut, with brass studded decoration,
There are two cast iron brackets under the seat, with holes front and back, there is a steel rod that goes through two holes and screws in , brass knob on one end, this attach to the inner cast iron mechanism of the scales,
very good quality scales
