Description

A very good A. Kenrick and sons 19th century cast iron and brass doorstop number 489. In superb original condition and still retaining the original black japanned finish to the cast iron base. Fully signed and numbered on the reverse. The heavy cast iron base with a spiral twist stem rising to form a hoop handle. 15 1/4" tall x 4 7/8" wide x 2 1/2" deep. Circa 1870.
