Description

An Antique Victorian fox head doorstop. English in origin Country House door porter dating to the late 19th century c.1880. Unusually with a shorter handle than most but with a large heavy charming head. Weighing 3.6 kilos. Retaining its original finish and patina. 11" tall x 5" wide x 6 1/2" deep. Very prominent snout with large ears showing great character.
