Description
A superb Victorian silver vesta case, beautifully engraved with scrolling foliage to both sides. The hinge is fast and sharp, the lid tight. There is a loop to the top for attachment to a fob or chatelaine. Hallmarked for Chester 1897 with the makers mark Robert Pringle and Sons.In very good condition, obviously treasured by someone for many years.
