‘Portraits of the Past' is a beautiful one-off piece created and designed by Vanessa Gemmell. Handmade using reverse decoupage technique, this cylindrical glass vase has been richly decorated inside and outside, using Japanese Chiyohami paper and antique images. The piece is finished with 30 coats of high gloss varnish to give it that glass-like feel and finish.  

This unusual piece of 'art under glass' featuring historical portraits would look stunning on a mantlepiece, console table or window sill.

This item is intended for decor only, so would not be suitable for dishwasher or soaking in water.  Clean with a dry cloth or duster.
