An elegant pair of antique silver scissors style sugar nips. They are hallmarked for Birmingham 1912, makers mark is John Rose.They have the typical scissors action and at the end are two curved sections in the form of shells. The handles and connectors have a fine decoration and the hinge section is plain on the front and back.
