Description
Stunning mid Victorian sarcophagus shaped mahogany tea caddy with two divisions. The caddy’s top lifts to reveal the two separate divisions, each one has a separate lid and both sections have been foiled to stop tea from drying out. The caddy sits on four small bun feet.The lock is original and has a replacement key. This box has been lovingly restored to service and has been French polished to give an beautiful patina.
Measurements: Approx. 8 inches x 5 inches wide and 5 inches high.
