Old Birds Antiques

Description

Set of hand painted silks of birds. There is 10 in total, 4 smaller ones painted on silk and 6 larger ones on linen. They are very well painted, with all different types of wild birds shown. Coming straight from a private house in scotland. In lovely condition with a couple of marks as shown. The 4 smaller ones roughly measure 6. 5 " across by 6 " high. The 6 larger ones roughly measure 9 " across by 9" high. They are signed c. S. I am unsure whether they have been used as place settings.
