Description
A well proportioned original mid 18th century mahogany bureau bookcase, the top has a nicely designed pediment, lovely mirror doors, opening to a shelved interior with various pigeonholes to the base with two pull out candle slides. The bureau bookcase has four graduated drawers, original brass handles with two pull out lopers to support the lid when in use.A tooled leather inset, with useful drawers, pigeon holes etc, splits in two parts for moving, all in good condition and ready for use.
