Beautiful Garnet and Diamond Pendant

Description
Here I have a beautiful diamond and garnet pendant. Diamonds are set in silver and it is gold backed. There are 22 diamonds in total around the lovely garnet stone and further diamonds on the top and bale. 3/4 of a carat of diamonds approximately. The garnet is oval shaped and facet edged. A beautiful item.Ref- M385
