Description
English mid 18th century walnut toilet with a shaped molded frame which houses the original mercury looking glass. The adjustable mirror is mounted to tapering stiles with their original cast brass finials . The base has a shaped fronted with 3 petit drawers which are all oak lined and have their original brass fittings intactThis wonderful toilet mirror has a fine mellow colour to its well chosen walnut veneers which in all compliments its delightful originality, and charming 18th century proportions.

ConditionCharming original condition throughout the original mirror plate has some marks and stains to the plate , there are also some old repairs to the back of the mirrors frame , and some marking/chips to the veneers but as to be expected and all adds character to this delightfully early toilet mirror.
