Description

A stunning antique Swedish Biedermeier coffee / occasional table, dating from around the 1840’s period. It is beautifully made from burr birch and ebonised solid wood.

The square top is large and has the most exquisite colour and grain patterns. It is supported by a thick pedestal column which stands on a stepped platform base, which in turn sits on turned bun feet.

We have had this recently French polished, it in in excellent condition for it age, with one or two minor marks remaining here and there beneath the polish.
