Description

A stunning and very rare 1950’s pair of Danish leather armchairs designed by Sigvard Bernadotte for France & Daverkosen in 1953, this pair dates from the 1950’s.

They are of superb quality and have a beautiful design, they are also very comfortable. The backs are attached with brass pivot joints, which allows them to tilt and recline slightly.

We have had the seats re-upholstered in black leather, the frames have been completely stripped and re-polished to a very high standard. The condition is superb throughout for their age.

Width – 61 cm , 24 inches
Depth – 64 cm , 25 inches
Height – 84 cm , 33 inches
