19th Century black forest centre piece

A lovely quality 19th Century black forest centre piece, having an ornate carved trunk at the centre with a removable glass stem with out swept scalloped edge, a large hunting dog standing on a rocky ground amongst various foliage with a hare in it's mouth. wonderful crips carving and in very good condition. Circa 1880.8 1/2" x 4" x 20" high
