Early 19th Century French oak marriage armoire from the Normandy region, the shaped and carved cornice with a frieze below with lovely crisp carvings of two love birds in the centre surrounded by grapes and foliage, the armoire having two doors each with two fielded panels, the centre of each door decorated also with lovely crisp carving, with a carved shaped frieze below.69” x 25” x 89” high
