Benjamin Williams Leader Oil on Canvas. The painting by repute has a provenance within the same family dating back to the early 1900s. Purchased privately and seemingly never having been offered for sale on the open market.The rear of the painting has a label for 'Agnews' Bond Street.
The painting has been relined in the past, and there are two small areas on the rear of the relining, where old repairs have been undertaken.
The painting is signed B.W. Leader 1884
