Outstanding quality antique chippendale style carved mahogany grandmother clock with the case being a quality and outstandingly carved example with a carved mahogany swan neck pediment, carved finals, glazed arched shaped door flanked by fine reeded pilasters above a wonderful carved blind fretwork and a carved tier drops decorated frieze. It boasts a beautiful figured mahogany door flanked by reeded quarter pilasters above a figured mahogany base with brickwork corners raised on ogee bracket feet.The movement having a brass arched dial with tempus fugit to the arched top, silvered chapter ring with Roman hours and an Arabic outer minutes track, eight day movement striking Westminster chimes on the quarter past, half past, quarter to and on the hour.

This warranty includes mechanical failures, but does not include damage caused by improper use, tampering, environmental damage or physical damage. If your clock has a genuine defect that satisfies the conditions of the warranty and is within the warranty period we will, at our discretion and without cost to you, complete the necessary replacement of parts and/or rectify a fault or action any repair as identified by a fully trained horologist. In the unlikely event that a repair is not successful a full refund will be offered.
