Newton Class Arts Crafts Copper 3 Tier Cake Stand

A great Newton Class Arts & Crafts wrought steel and copper 3 tier cake or display stand, dating to circa 1895-1900, with the lowest plate signed in ink to the reverse by Thomas Newling and the top plate signed S. Andrews which is either Seth or Sidney Andrews. Further information on these workers can be found at . The two upper plates share the same design so likely by the same S. Andrews. Offered in good condition, commensurate with age, the plates have been polished but retain good detail and it does look rather fine! It measures 107cm tall, with the bottom plate 29cm diameter and the other two 27cm. Delivery free within 30 miles of Taunton, elsewhere it can be shipped using a specialist Antiques courier at a cost of £84.00 in England and Wales, £96.00 to lower Scotland. Standard Furniture Delivery
You should receive the goods 10 - 14 days after ordering, more time is required for delivery to the Far North and Scotland. The furniture is sent with small independent and friendly couriers, who take very good care of the furniture whilst in transit. Delivery is to the door, but with request the driver will normally assist into a secure place, house, garage, outhouses, etc.
Levels Antiques do not accept responsibility for any damage caused on the customer's premises when the delivery is being made.
Drivers mobile number available for liaising on day of delivery. Only one delivery attempt will be made with arrangements for the drop off being made in advance.

Here at Levels Antiques we abide by the distance selling regulations (updated 13/6/14).
