A lovely Pietra Dura showing the figure of Christ on a Camphor Wood panel. The figure is made from different coloured marble, cut and shaped to create a three dimensional work of art.

The curved wood panel has split in two places and is held with staples, and there is a small chip in the marble cloak.

The panel measures 10" x 14" (26 x 36 cm)
