This is a delightful vintage powder bowl and it is in amazing condition! - Dating c. 1940, the ceramic bowl is a deep cobalt blue glaze, to the top is a beautiful image of an Edwardian Lady (this is after Thomas Gainsborough and is reportedly the Duchess of Devonshire) standing c. 3.5" inch tall with a circa 4" inch diameter top, she is substantial, there are no chips or cracks evident, some very minor crazing commensurate with age to the base is present.
