This is a beautiful, cased set containing a glass powder bowl and matching perfume bottle - in fabulous condition, carefully preserved in its original box. The glass is of a high quality, concave cut in a fluted, elegant and artistic design - With a gorgeous dark ruby or Cranberry red - Very Art Deco in appearance, dating c.1940 it is a substantial dressing table set for the ladies boudoir - In a deep red and clear glass. The powder bowl stands c.4.5" inch to the top of the faceted glass finial, the perfume / scent bottle stands a substantial 6.5" inch to the chrome top. The matching puffer ball is also in a deep red. The dark brown leather, silk & felt lined box, is showing minor signs commensurate with age but is sound and in good order. A superb piece that will make a fine addition to any dressing table and will delight discerning ladies the world over!
