A fabulous English Victorian silver rocker blotter with embossed cherub decoration. The handle unscrews to release blotting paper for replacement (in working order). Hallmarked Birmingham 1891 and marked 'L & S' for the maker Levi & Salaman -Phineas Harris Levi & Joseph Wolfe Salaman.FREE worldwide tracked and signed for delivery!
