Description

Solid 9ct gold Swiss half hunter pocket watch in excellent all round condition and recently serviced. It measures 50mm in diameter and 68mm long to the top of the bow.

Condition:

Dial - white enamel with bold black Roman numerals, blued steel spade hands and subsidiary seconds dial. In excellent condition having no hairlines, chips or discolouration. The main glass and the porthole glass are both in very good condition.

Case - Dennison 'Special' fully hall marked for Birmingham, 1930 solid 9ct gold half hunter. The sprung front cover opens when the crown is depressed and has a black enamel Roman chapter ring with central viewing porthole. The covers open to just under 90 degrees, open and close as they should and the hinges are good. The case condition is excellent having no dings or scratches of note.

Movement - Swiss stem wind and set 15 jewel in excellent condition and keeping very good time to within 1 minute per day.
