Description

A good quality and attractive mahogany and inlaid armchair, the top rail with satinwood panel beautifully inlaid with floral scrolls in various stained woods and subtle pen work. The back having a carved lattice support above inlaid stringing and joined by carved harebells. The shaped open arms supported on well turned supports leading to the stuff over upholstered seat. The whole raised on square tapering legs inlaid with boxwood and ebony stringing and terminating in spade feet.
The chair is in very good condition, although the upholstered seat is slightly used but serviceable. This chair would be ideal as a desk, bedroom or occasional chair.
