A good quality early Victorian figured mahogany four-door chiffonier or sideboard. The wonderful shaped and moulded back having very good applied carvings. The rectangular shaped top having a cross grain edge above one long and two short frieze drawers.The base section of inverted breakfront form with cross banded raised and carved panelled end doors, the right hand having a cellarette draw with original lead liner and shelf interior the left hand with 2 open fronted slides. The centre doors between turned columns open to a shelf interior and the whole stands on a plinth base. This attractive sideboard offers great storage space and can be transported in 3 pieces.
