A VERY FINE ROYAL WORCESTER JEWELLED CABINET PLATE.With beautifully painted central panel of flowers bearing signature of E.Phillips. The back with puce Royal Worcester mark above made in England ( 9 dots). Also bears retailers name - The Cowell and Hubbard Co. and C.2369 in red.
In lovely condition.
