Set of 12 French Wine glasses

Description
A good set of French wine glasses, circa 1900, of notably heavy quality.Hand-blown with pleasing irregularities, each glass has a solid, weighty stem and a rounded bowl typical of late 19th to early 20th-century French bistroware. The glass has a gentle, slightly warm tint from age and use, giving them wonderful character.
There are 15 glasses in total, with 12 in good condition and 3 showing minor faults.
A charming and practical set with real presence on the table.

Customers are more than welcome to come and view and collect items from the unit in Winchcombe, Gloucestershire Gl54 5JE (appointment only). All items are checked and restored to a professional standard before leaving.
