A charming Welsh elm and ash child's open armchair with carved centre splat, saddle seat, well turned arms and legs and H-stretchers. This antique country armchair is in good, original condition, standing firmly and securely. THe colour and patina are excellent. There is evidence of some historic early woodworm, this is very minor and not easily seen, it has been treated for peace of mind. A delightful chair for a small child or as a decorative item.
