A fabulous Victorian teak cabin trunk, with studded leather corners, leather straps and carrying handles. The inside of this rare 19th Century trunk is brass banded with brass corner plates. The inside is in great condition, exceptionally clean and perfect for storage. THe trunk was made for a family that travelled to and from India in the late 19th Century and bears their initials to the top and front. A really unique piece with a wonderful colour and patina, perfect for use as a coffee table or storage around the home.
