Inspired by The Creation of Adam painted by Michael Angelo to the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.One of the most iconic scenes from a painting recreated as a plaster model. Gods hand to the right extends a finger to touch Adams hand which will not only give life to him but also all of mankind.
A finely detailed model mounted upon a board. This may have been an artists reference model, a grand tour souviner or simply an interesting display piece.
