Description
A fine Georg Jensen sterling silver brooch, design 250, featuring two stylised birds and wheat ears, beautifully framed in a square Art Deco design. This vintage Scandinavian brooch showcases all of Jensen’s renowned classic Danish design and craftsmanship, as well as a timeless modernist aesthetic. Ideal for collectors of Georg Jensen jewellery or lovers of Nordic silver, it is fully hallmarked with the post 1945 mark. It has no import marks, so may have been purchased in Copenhagen.Condition of this popular brooch is very good indeed, with a strong bar at the back and a rotating catch in FWO. It is absolutely ready to wear and would make a wonderful gift or a fabulous addition to any collection.
