This is an Unusual Edwardian Silver Combination Sovereign/Vesta Case with Scroll Decoration.

Made by Silversmith William Henry Sparrow and Hallmarked in the Birmingham Assay office in 1903.

The case weighs 42g and measures 62mm length of the body x 82mm max length including loop x 34mm width x 13mm high.

The case is in good working order, which includes the sprung lid to the vesta and the sprung sovereign holder. The case does have 2/3 dents of which images are available.
