Antique 19th Century Burma Burmese Woven Rice Carrying Basket Container with Lid
A covered round bucket-shaped rice basket with four small legs, made of woven bamboo thread and coated with black lacquer, with four metal supports for threading to secure the cover and also for transportation.
Northern Burma, 19th century, Mandalay period.
